We are grateful to all parents who generously give their time to support our school community. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, recent updates to the Working with Children Check (WWCC) policy require additional steps for volunteers.

Parents wishing to volunteer must complete a Parent and Child Volunteer Declaration Form provided below. Please note that individuals with a current Negative Notice or Interim Negative Notice are not permitted to volunteer.

Volunteering includes activities such as assisting with reading groups, excursions, sports carnivals, and P&F events. Activities such as school drop-offs, attending assemblies, parent-teacher interviews, or visiting the Administration are not considered volunteering.

If your WWCC status changes after submitting the declaration form, it is essential to inform the Principal immediately.

All other family members and friends over 18 who wish to volunteer must hold a current WWCC and provide this to the school.
