If your child is absent from school you are required to notify the school by 9.00 am on the day of the absence by sending an email to admin@olof.wa.edu.au or by phoning the school administration on 9333 7900.

For discussion of extended absences, please email principal@olof.wa.edu.au.

If you require medication to be administered to your child during the school day, please complete this form and provide to Administration. Please note, parents must deliver the medication in its original bottle to Administration- students may not bring this in.
